Garapa is a medium sized hardwood native to South America, particularly found in Brazil.
The name “Garapa” originates from its Brazilian roots, while “Brazilian Ash” provides a nod to its appearance, which can resemble ash woods.
Where is Garapa grown?
Garapa mainly grows in the tropical regions of South America, with Brazil being its primary source. It thrives in these climates, often in well-drained hilly terrains.
